低速早燃的现象也就是指车辆的发动机转速比较低,但是扭矩输出比较高的时候,燃油和机油的混合物在火花塞正常工作点火之前就已经发生了点火现象,一般都是在车辆低速但是高负荷运行的情况下出现,燃油和机油中的混合物在火花塞正常点火之前所发生的自燃现象。
在车辆发生该现象时,车辆发动机内缸的压力变大,这种情况下的破坏性比常规爆震的破坏性还要大很多,就会导致火花塞烧灼、气门击穿和活塞顶面断裂以及其它的一些问题,反正就是对发动机会造成很严重的伤害。
这个现象出现的原因也就是汽车内的零件在进行进气冲程的时候,喷嘴将油雾喷到气缸里面,其中一些燃油就会和机油的残余薄膜产生一些反应,然后在燃油和残留物混合之后,就会被液化,也就导致压缩冲程的时候上升的活塞产生的一些物质,随着活塞一起上升,然后就会导致温度上升也就会发生早燃。
因为这个问题还是比较严重的,可以到维修厂检修一下,尝试一下改善机油的性能,然后改变这种现象的发生。
解决低速早燃的方法就是使用高标准的润滑油,由于发动机结构不同,要想从根本上解决“低速早燃”问题并不是很容易。
不过,汽车厂商发现高标准润滑油能有效缓解低速过早燃烧,通用率先提出第二代dexos1标准。本标准专门针对涡轮增压器保护和低速早期燃烧,对润滑油提出了更严格的要求。
目前对于这种现象是无法避免的,不过,我们可以通过给汽车改善机油性能,来抑制这种情况。
